The Department of Leadership and Administration is dedicated to developing transformative, ethical, and visionary leaders who can serve effectively in churches, Christian organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and the broader community. Christian Leadership Studies

Focuses on biblical principles of leadership, spiritual formation, servant leadership, and the development of Christlike character in leading churches, ministries, and Christian communities.

Church and Ministry Administration

Covers the effective management of church operations, ministry structures, church governance, program planning, and administrative systems needed for healthy ministry functioning.

Organizational Leadership and Management

Explores leadership theories, organizational structures, decision-making, team development, conflict resolution, and the dynamics of leading organizations of various sizes.

Educational Leadership and Administration

Prepares students for leadership roles in schools, colleges, and Christian educational institutions with training in school management, academic planning, policy development, and instructional leadership.

Strategic Leadership and Development

Nonprofit and NGO Leadership
